When you visit a new home builder do not fill out a registration form. Instead inform the sales agent that you have a real estate agent. Then call me and give me the sales person name and phone number.





Most new home builders will accept out-of-state real estate brokers. I will then call the builder and register you as my buyer. At that time you can go back to the builder and look at the different homes.





Once you find the home you like, do not sign a contract this is very important. I can negotiate the price for you with the sales agent . Most new home builders work with real estate brokers, and we know how to use key words to reduce the price of the homes. Depending on the price of the home I have reduced the price of a new home up to $30,000/-





Once the price is set you can then go to the builder and sign the contract. Please make sure that my real estate agency name is in the contract.





If you live in the Ft Worth/Dallas area I can also sell your older home listed with other real estate companies.





After you have closed on your home and I get my commission check, I will mail you the vacation package.

Most companies advertise these vacations packages then mail you a certificate and you have to pay for registration, port charges, taxes and other fees, which can be as high as $500.00 per person. With Dsouza Real Estate this package is free, no dinero from your pocket. All meals and non-carbonated beverages are free. Meals are served 24 hours a day with formal dining and buffet style meals, most ships have at least 8 restaurants.





Since this is a promotional package, cruises are available from September to February. The package is good for up to two years from settlement date. Since travel has been slow, you may be able to negotiate with Carnival lines for another date. Air fare is not included with the cruise package.





Las Vegas is an all year package, which includes air fare and hotels. Meals, beverages, ground transportation, etc. are not included with this package. You can book your vacation for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
